PWay Studios is operated by PWAY STUDIOS LLC. This policy applies to our mobile applications, customer support, and the informational website at pwaystudio.com.

Mobile applications

Our current mobile applications are designed for offline play. They do not require a PWay Studios account and do not include advertising, behavioral analytics, cross-app tracking, global rankings, or third-party tracking SDKs.

Gameplay information such as scores, personal statistics, settings, unlock progress, and trial state is stored locally on your device. PWay Studios does not receive that local gameplay information.

Purchases

If an application offers an in-app purchase, the app marketplace processes the transaction under its own terms and privacy policy. The application may receive limited product, transaction, and entitlement information from the marketplace so it can complete or restore the purchase. PWay Studios does not receive your full payment-card details.

Support communications

If you contact PWay Studios, we may receive your email address, message contents, and information you choose to include, such as your device model, operating-system version, app version, or purchase issue. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot, maintain our products, and protect our services.

Do not send passwords, one-time passcodes, payment details, tax IDs, government ID images, bank details, recovery information, or other sensitive account data by email.

Website information

The website does not provide user accounts, purchases, comments, forums, or a contact form. It does not include analytics, advertising pixels, cookies used for advertising, or external tracking scripts.

Our hosting provider may process basic technical information needed to deliver pages, maintain security, and troubleshoot service issues, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time.

How information is shared

PWay Studios does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Information may be processed by service providers that support app distribution, in-app purchases, website hosting, or business email. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or harm.

Retention and your choices

Local gameplay information remains on your device until you use an available reset control or remove the application and its local data. Marketplace purchase records are controlled by the marketplace and may remain available so purchases can be restored.

Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Hosting security logs are retained according to the hosting provider's operational policies.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other action regarding personal information we hold. Because we do not operate user accounts and cannot access locally stored gameplay data, we may not possess data associated with your use of an application.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal information may contact us to request deletion.

Security and changes

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for information under our control. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

We may update this policy when our applications, services, or legal obligations change. The updated date below identifies the current version.
